Wraps made with pizza and lettuce 

When you are in that pizza mood, go light and fresh with these easy lettuce wraps that have all the flavor but fewer carbs and calories.

Ingredient

– 1 ¼ cups cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes, quartered – ¾ cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (3 ounces)

– 1 ounce thinly sliced, cooked turkey pepperoni, chopped (1/4 cup) – ¼ cup snipped fresh basil – 1 tablespoon snipped fresh oregano – 8 large Bibb lettuce leave

Direction

In a medium mixing bowl combine tomatoes, cheese, pepperoni, basil and oregano.  

Divide tomato mixture among lettuce leaves. Roll or leave open as cups.
