Turkey Pinwheel Sandwiches

Ingredients  

– 4 large sheets lavash bread or flatbread – 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened – ¼ cup plain full fat Greek yogurt – 1 ½ Tablespoons ranch seasoning mix – 8 oz sliced turkey breast

– 8 slices cheddar cheese or American cheese – 1 cup butter lettuce – Veggies: tomato slices, bell pepper, carrot or cucumber matchstick  – Salt and pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, whisk cream cheese, Greek yogurt and animal spice mixture until well combined.

Directions

Spread a portion of the Greek yogurt mixture evenly on each wet loaf sheet, leaving a small border around the edges.

Place a few slices of turkey breast on top of the ranch yogurt layer. Place two slices of fat-free cheddar cheese on top of the chicken on each carcass.

Divide butter salad leaves over. If you like, sprinkle the vegetables with some salt and pepper.

Starting from one end, roll each lash sheet tightly into a tail.

Using a sharp knife, cut each roll of lava paper into 1-inch pinwheels and Enjoy.
