Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Indulge in some of these tropical smoothie bowl recipes. It is packed with fresh fruits that nourish your body and hydrate your skin.  

With just three basic ingredients, you can put it on as you like and enjoy!

– 1 orange peeled – 1 ½ cups strawberries frozen – ½ cup mango frozen  – ¼ cup water optional – 1 serving homemade protein powder (optional)

Ingredients

Topping Suggestion – blueberries – raspberries – coconut flake – strawberries – kiwi – granola

Directions

Place the pumpkin in the blender followed by the strawberries and frozen mango.

Blend until smooth, standing on the sides and scraping down. Feel free to add water to help blend, however thick you want it. 

It should have the texture of a soft apple ice cream.

Serve in a bowl and top with toppings of your choice.
