Tomato & Basil Shrimp in Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients –– Shrimp, tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, butter, olive oil, salt, pepper.

Step 1:  Peel and devein shrimp. Pat dry with paper towels.

Step 2:  Sauté minced garlic in a mix of butter and olive oil until fragrant.

Step 3:  Cook shrimp in the garlic butter until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Step 4:  Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes until softened.

Step 5:  Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6: Stir in fresh basil leaves for a burst of flavor.

Step 6: Cook for another minute to meld flavors together.
