Tofu and Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients  

– 8 oz. extra firm tofu sliced in 1/2 inch thick piece – 3 cups sliced broccoli floret – 1 carrot sliced diagonally (optional) – 1 medium onion sliced

– 1 teaspoon minced garlic – 1 teaspoon minced ginger – 2 tablespoons oyster sauce – 6 tablespoons cooking oil – Salt and pepper to taste

Heat a frying pan and pour in 4 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Directions

When the oil is hot, sear the sliced ​​tofu on both sides until crispy (about 8 to 10 minutes per side).

Transfer tofu from pan and cool. Cut into small squares. Set it aside.

Heat the remaining oil in a clean frying pan.

Sauté the garlic, ginger and onion. Add fried tofu with oyster sauce. stir.

Place the broccoli florets. Stir and then cook for 5-8 minutes.
