Thermomix Pizza Dough

Ingredients Bread flour, water, olive oil, sugar, yeast, and salt for a classic pizza dough base.

Step 1: Activate the Yeast Add warm water, sugar, and yeast to the Thermomix bowl. Mix on speed 2 for 2 minutes until frothy.

Step 2: Add Dry Ingredients Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix on speed 6 for 10 seconds until combined.

Step 3: Knead the Dough Knead the dough in the Thermomix for 2 minutes on the dough setting until smooth and elastic.

Step 4: Let the Dough Rise Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled.

Step 5: Punch Down and Shape Punch down the dough to release air. Divide it into portions and roll it out to desired pizza size.

Step 6: Bake the Scones Place the scones on the tray and brush the tops with a little milk. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.

Step 7: Add Toppings Transfer the dough to parchment paper, add your favorite toppings, and slide it onto the hot pizza stone.

Step 8: Bake to Perfection Bake for 8-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Slice and serve hot!
