– 1 tablespoon room temperature butter – 3 slices bread of choice, I used sourdough – 6 slices brie cheese – 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
Add some of the butter – not all of it melts in a shallow skillet over medium heat.
Place a slice of bread in it and top with half of the brie.
Drizzle with the cranberry sauce and then top with another piece of bread.
When the bottom is golden brown, flip and add a little butter to the pan.
Drizzle the remaining brie and cranberry sauce over the grilled side, and top with a third layer of bread.
When the bottom is golden brown, add the last of the butter to the pan, flip and cook until golden brown and melty. enjoy!
