Tangy Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken 

STEP 1: Cube chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.  

STEP 2: Coat chicken with cornstarch and beaten eggs. 

STEP 3: Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.  

STEP 4: Mix ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce. 

STEP 5: Simmer sauce until thickened. Toss baked chicken in sauce. 

STEP 6: Return to oven for 10 minutes.  

STEP 7: Serve with steamed rice.
