Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad

Ingredients  

– 8 oz / 240 g / 1 package cream cheese, softened – 1/4 cup / 2 fl oz heavy cream – 3 tbsp honey – 1 tsp vanilla extract – 2 lb / 900 g strawberrie – 3 banana – 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions

Prepare strawberries. Rinse strawberries thoroughly to remove sand and dirt. After drying with paper towels, the strawberry skins should be dry. 

Thinly slice the strawberries and toss them in a large pot. Cut the banana into pieces. Once you have peeled the bananas, slice them. Add the strawberries.

Stir in the fruit. Stir the lemon juice into the bananas to coat them. Set aside. Whip cheesecake batter. Use a second bowl to blend softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla.

 Mix with an electric mixer for 3–4 minutes until smooth. Use a spatula to scrape the bowl sides.

Add cream. Beat in 1–2 teaspoons of heavy cream until smooth and blended. After adding each cream, mix well.

Put together the fruit salad. Gently fold cream cheese into fruit. Instead, reserve some fruits for dressing.

Luxury (optional). Add sliced strawberries and banana stamps as garnish. serve. Serve immediately or chill until ready.
