Smoothie with spinach, peanut butter, and bananas 

A classic peanut butter and banana-even better with the addition of some tart, probiotic-rich kefir.  

And with the little bit of mildly flavored spinach mixed in, this peanut butter banana smoothie helps you meet your daily intake of veggies.

Ingredient

– 1 cup plain kefir – 1 tablespoon peanut butter

– 1 cup spinach – 1 frozen banana – 1 tablespoon honey (Optional)

Direction

Place spinach, kefir, peanut butter, banana, and honey (if using) in a blender.

Mix until homogenous.
