If you like garlic and black pepper you will love these fried pork chops. Simple, but really yummy!
– 4 (1 1/2 inches thick) boneless center-cut pork chop – 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided – 2 cloves garlic, crushed – 2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
In a large, resealable plastic bag, combine the pork chops, Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, and black pepper. Marinate the chops in this mixture for about 30 minutes.
In a large, heavy skillet, heat remaining oil over medium-high. Remove the pork from marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off and add to the skillet to brown on all sides, 5 to 7 minutes.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, basting with marinade while cooking, until centers are no longer pink.
An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius).
