Sesame Soy Broccoli Salad

Ingredients  

Dressing – 1 tbsp soy sauce – 1 tbsp rice vinegar or other vinegar – 1 tbsp neutral oil – 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil – 1/2 tbsp sugar – 1/2 tsp black pepper or to taste

Salad – 3 cups chopped broccoli, about 1 small head – 1/4 red onion diced – 1/4 cup craisin – 2 tbsp sliced almond – 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds to finish

Directions

Toss the filling together in a large bowl,

then add the remaining ingredients and toss well.

Taste and adjust fillings as necessary.

Sprinkle with some sesame seeds and enjoy!
