Refreshing Green Fruit Salad Recipe 

Serve this refreshing fruit salad with juicy melon, grapes, and kiwi as is for a cool and colorful rainbow side dish,  

or combine it with other colorblock fruit salads, such as red, purple, and orange. 

Ingredient

Lime Yogurt Dressing – 1 ½ cups low-fat plain yogurt – 1 tablespoon lime zest – 1 tablespoon lime juice – 4 teaspoons granulated sugar

Green Fruit Salad – 4 cups diced ripe honeydew melon – 1 cup halved seedless green grape – 1 cup peeled, sliced and quartered ripe kiwi (about 2) – 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint (Optional) – 1 cup Lime Yogurt Dressing (optional)

Direction

Place yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, and sugar in a medium bowl. This is the recipe for Lime Yogurt Dressing.  

To make the green fruit salad, in a large bowl, combine the melon, grapes, kiwi, and mint, if using. If desired, serve with yogurt dressing. 

Combine with mint just before serving, if using; refrigerate up to four hours before serving. Lime Yogurt Dressing Serve Chilled, up to one day.
