Quick Turkey Bolognese with Zucchini Noodles 

These recipes are prepared ahead and request fewer carbohydrates as well as regular pasta for spiralized zucchini "noodles". Heat up vegetable-loaded Bolognese in the microwave and the zoodles are crisp in a second.  

Ingredient

– 3 cups Quick Turkey Meat Sauce – 8 cups zucchini noodles (from 3 medium zucchini) – ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Direction

Prepare the Quick Turkey Meat Sauce according to directions. Stir zucchini noodles into 4 lidded single-serve containers while the sauce is simmering, about 2 cups each container. 

Pour in 2 tablespoons of Parmesan and 3/4 cup of the sauce, into each container. Seal and refrigerate for up to 48 hours.  

Internal Temperature: When the noodles are tender and the sauce is hot, heat in the microwave on High for two to three minutes, with the top cracked open.  

Refrigerate up to 48 hours.
