Paleo Pumpkin Bread 

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. 

Step-1

In a bowl, mix 1 cup almond flour and 1/2 cup coconut flour. 

Step-2

Add 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Step-3

In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup honey, and 3 eggs. 

Step-4

Stir in 1/4 cup melted coconut oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 

Step-5

Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. 

Step-6

Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. 

Step-7

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
