Mini Bell Peppers Stuffed with Pimiento Cheese 

These baby bell peppers are a three-ingredient snack stuffed with a speedy spread of pimiento cheese.

Ingredient

– 6 mini bell peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded – 

– ¾ cup pimiento cheese spread – Minced chives for garnish

Direction

Spread about 1 tablespoon of cheese on each half of a pepper.

Sprinkle with chopped chives.
