Preheat Oven Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

Cream Butter & Sugar Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Eggs & Lemon Mix in eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

Combine Wet & Dry Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

Fold in Blueberries Gently fold in fresh or frozen blueberries.

Pour Batter Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake & Cool Bake for 50-60 minutes; let cool before slicing.

Serve & Enjoy Slice and enjoy with a dusting of powdered sugar or a glaze.
