This healthy smoothie bowl is paired with beautiful green colors from the spinach and matcha powder.
If you don't have spinach on hand, then use another dark leafy green such as kale in its place.
– 1/2 cup frozen banana slice – 1/2 cup frozen sliced peache – 1/2 cup spinach – 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk – 5 tablespoons sliced almonds, divided
– 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha tea powder – 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup – 1/2 ripe kiwi, sliced
Blend until smooth: the matcha, banana, peaches, spinach, almond milk, 3 tablespoons of almonds, and maple syrup.
Spoon into a bowl and top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of almonds and the kiwis. Serve immediately.
