Fudgy Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients  

Dutch cocoa powder 2 spoons 1/4 cup of hot coffee 1 spoon vanilla extract 2 spoons dark chocolate chips 3/4 cup of unsweetened soy milk 1/4 cup of unsweetened vegan yogurt 2 spoons maple syrup 1/4 spoon kosher salt 1/3 cup of tea leaves 

Walnut granola bars almonds 2 pounds; 2 spoons pistachios, chopped 2 spoons cocoa powder 2 spoons maple syrup Zest half a lemon pink salt

Place your cocoa powder, hot coffee and vanilla in a medium sized bowl. 

Directions

Toss together to remove clumps then add the chocolate chips and stir to cool. When hot, add milk, yogurt, maple syrup and salt, then stir. 

Fold in the chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes. Toss again, cover and let sit in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.

For the nut granola, place the almonds, pistachios and cacao nibs on a parchment lined baking tray and preheat the oven to 350°F. 

Top with syrup, lemon juice and salt. Press the mixture in one direction and mix well. Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes until golden brown. 

Cool, then divide into batches. Use chia pudding served and divide as needed. Worship and rejoice in groups.
