– 40 ladyfinger cookies about two pack – 2 cups heavy cream – 1/2 can or 7 oz condensed milk – 1 can evaporated milk 12 oz – Strawberries for garnish
In a bowl, combine the evaporated milk and condensed milk. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream to milk mixture.
Then place half of the lady finger cookies on a 9”x13” tray and add half of the milk mixture.
Whip remaining 1.5 cups heavy cream until stiff.
Remember not to add the flavor of the whipped cream because the milk is already sweet.
Then top with some whipping cream. Let the candy sit in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
