Creamy Shrimp Peanut Butter Noodles

Step 1:  Cook 200g of noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Step 2:  Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 3:  Add 250g of peeled and deveined shrimp. Cook until pink and opaque, about 3 minutes per side.

Step 4:  Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, sauté 1 cup of sliced bell peppers for 2 minutes.

Step 5:  Stir in 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.

Step 6: In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of peanut butter with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of honey.– 

Step 7: Add the peanut sauce to the pan, stirring to combine with the vegetables.

Step 8: Return the cooked shrimp to the pan, then toss in the drained noodles. Mix thoroughly.
