Cinnamon Dalgona Coffee Brûlée
Dalgona coffee grinders! Adding some sugar to the dalgona gives you that satisfying creme brulee-like crunch! You have to try it!
Ingredients
– 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 2 tbsp hot water
– pinch ground cinnamon
– 8 oz. milk of choice
Directions
Combine instant coffee, sugar, hot water and cinnamon in a bowl.
Beat the coffee mixture with an electric mixer or by hand until thick and smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in a cup of milk of your choice. Pour the coffee foam over the milk and flatten a spoon on top.
Lightly light the coffee bubbles and carmelize them. Enjoy!
