Cinnamon-Apple Smoothie with Oat

Gather Ingredients You’ll need apples, oats, yogurt or milk, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes. These ingredients create a smooth, satisfying drink with great texture. 

Prepare the Apples Core and slice the apples, leaving the skin on for extra nutrients. Use a variety of apples for a balanced sweet-tart flavor. 

Blend the Base Add apple slices, oats, and yogurt or milk to the blender. The oats provide a creamy texture and make the smoothie more filling.
