Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients  

Chocolate Tea Pudding: 1/2 cup tea leaves 3 tablespoons cacao powder The pink salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Sweetener: maple syrup, honey, or anything that suits your taste. 

You can use more or less depending on your preference. 1 3/4 cups almond milk or any milk For serving options: Plain milk/Greek yogurt or coconut flakes An assortment of fresh fruits Cacao nibs or chopped nuts, optional

Directions

Mix the chia seeds, cacao powder, and salt in a medium-sized bowl or container. 

Add vanilla and sweetener, then start whisking the milk in until cocoa and chia seeds are well combined. 

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 1 hour or longer, or until the seed gel and pudding are firm.  

Toss again halfway through to break up the chia seed clumps. 

Divide pudding into bowls and add toppings of choice. 4–5 applications.
