Chef John’s Classic Gazpacho

Introduction

Ripe tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, fresh basil, salt, and pepper.

Ingredients

Dice tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion into small pieces. Mince garlic. This will help the vegetables blend smoothly.
