Cereal bowl made with raspberry yogurt  

Try yogurt instead of milk in your cereal for a healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert. 

If making this as a take-along snack, keep the cereal separate and top shortly before eating.

Ingredient

– 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt – ½ cup mini shredded-wheat cereal – ¼ cup fresh raspberrie

– 2 teaspoons mini chocolate chip – 1 teaspoon pumpkin seed

– ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon 

Direction

Put yogurt into a bowl and top with shredded wheat, raspberries, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon.
