Ingredient – 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast – 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved – 1 large red onion, sliced – 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color) – 1 zucchini, sliced into round

– 3 cloves garlic, minced – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon dried oregano – 1 teaspoon dried basil – 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme – 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

– 1 teaspoon salt – 1/2 teaspoon black pepper – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese – Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instruction 1. Preheat the Oven:Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables: – In a large bowl, combine the chicken breasts, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and garlic. – Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
