These apple nachos are a fun and healthy snack that are super easy to make. The sliced apples are heavily piled with date caramel sauce, nut butter, chocolate chips and chopped fruit.
– 2-4 Tablespoons date caramel sauce – 2 apples, sliced – 1-2 Tablespoons drippy almond butter or peanut butter – 1-2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips – 1-2 Tablespoons chopped toasted pecan
Make the date caramel sauce if you haven’t already.
Wash and slice the apple, leaving the skin.
If possible, place apple slices in the plate in a single layer.
Pour the date caramel sauce over the sliced apples then top with the nut butter.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and more of your choice.
