Apple Cider Sage Pork Chops 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 

Step-1

Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and fresh sage leaves. 

Step-2

Sear pork chops in a hot skillet until golden brown. 

Step-3

Remove chops and set aside; add butter to the skillet. 

Step-4

Sauté sliced apples and onions until softened. 

Step-5

Pour in apple cider and simmer for a few minutes. 

Step-6

Return pork chops to the skillet, covering them with the apple mixture. 

Step-7

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
