Air Fryer Dry Ribs

Ingredients  

– 1 lb pork spare ribs cross-cut and cut into individual rib – 2 tbsp neutral oil divided – 1 tbsp soy sauce or oyster sauce

– 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine optional – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1/2 tsp sugar – 2 tbsp cornstarch

Cut the riblets into individual bite-sized pieces.

Directions

Place the ribs in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of oil, soy sauce/oyster sauce, Shaoxing alcohol, garlic powder, and sugar.

Drain excess marinade from bowl and discard ribs. Add the corn starch to the ribs and toss to coat.

Preheat the air kitchen to 350°F. Carefully oil the air fryer basket and position the ribs in one direction, of course, to avoid crowding.  

Rub the remaining oil over the ribs. Air roast for 10 minutes, then turn and air roast for another 10 minutes 

or until golden, crisp and cooked. Remove from air fryer and enjoy!
