10-Minute Air Fryer Salmon

Ingredients  

– 2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped – 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped – 2 tablespoons basil, finely chopped

– 2 cloves garlic, finely minced – 2½ tablespoons Kewpie mayo (any mayo will work) – 2 (5 oz) salmon fillet – Salt, to taste – Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Finely mince the basil, mint and parsley. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the kewpie mayo and lemon juice and stir well. Then line a baking sheet with parchment paper 

Place the salmon pieces on top. Then gently season the softened salmon with salt and pepper.

Then divide the vegetable and mayo mixture evenly and spread over the salmon pieces.

Next, roast the salmon in an air oven preheated to 400°F for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.

When the salmon is cooked, remove it and serve with rice. You can also add fresh lemon juice to taste.
