UM-NSU CARD Lecture and Training Request Form

Thank you for your interest in receiving UM-NSU CARD services. Please submit requests for service at least 4 weeks in advance. All requests will be reviewed by administration and assigned to the appropriate clinician(s). CARD services are free of charge; the following are a list of services that are offered:

Lectures: One to three hour didactic presentations on a variety of topics: autism awareness, behavior management, instructional strategies, etc. Full and half day options are available; however, they may require more notice.

Training: A combination of program observation, didactic presentations, modeling/coaching and follow-up.
